Timaru CourierPost Depot

We work with courier post alot at work for deliveries and the timaru and christchurch team have always gone out of there way to help when we have an issue. Friendly helpful thank you.

Booked in courier pick up for 2 parcels over 4 weeks ago, parcels never picked up. Re booked pick up, still not picked up. Booked in for 3rd time. Operator would not put me through to manager. Could not tell me the job number for pick up. Worst Courier service in Timaru. Do not recommend this company. Was told only have a limited amount of pick up that drivers can do daily.

Had a parcel dropped off addressed to our site and nowhere in the parcel did it say where it was from. Tried to follow the tracking number, no success either. Tried to contact Timaru Depot, went through a series of automated questions with no success. After 3/4 hour trying to get through to a person to talk to I gave up. I tried to be honest but gave up in the end, hopefully the buyer will follow it up at his end and some lucky/unlucky person will be able to contact this hopeless postal service. They could learn a lot from NZ Couriers next door to them.

Courierpost depot here in Timaru are willing to help. I moved down here with very little, and they helped me set up a drop point, catch my business parcels when I needed them held. They even taped down and printed off my DHL return tickets from email for me and held other couriers parcels when others delivered them there. When I found an address they helped me set up an authority to leave so that if I don’t hear the door they can leave signature ticketed items behind. If I can get a supplier to add a note for the driver to deliver it to a specific door or sheltered part of the property they will. And on one sector deliveries they can have a parcel sent that morning available at the depot in the afternoon.

I would love to know who signs for my courier packages because I haven't signed for one yet. They're always just chucked on the path, over the gate or hanging out of the letterbox. Your Geraldine driver is no good!

Hopeless!! Every single time without fail I have an item to be delivered by NZPost it goes to the wrong address in another town 10kms away. These couriers should learn to read the address on the item from the town or city up then the street for goodness sake. Even I can work that one out!! One parcel even went to the same incorrect address 4 times even after the same driver picked it up from the incorrect address he delivered it back there the next day. Seriously??!! Very frustrating to say the least!!

Worst Courier service i have come across! I have complained 3 times & 2 times in person at there depot which you cannot ever contact them by phone, probably due to the amount of complaints they recieve. To tired to deliver items up the driveway & leave them in the letterbox instead of door to door service as you have paid for. Plenty of turning space up the driveway just pure lazy & poor service!!Use to be a good service....

Absolutely worst service in a courier company you could ask for.. paid for oversized Saturday delivery. Turns up Tuesday.

The courier didn't bother to check that we were home, which we were. Just left the card in the mailbox. Had to wait until the next day and drive out to the depot to collect an express item 3 days late. What did I pay $75 for? They are lazy and the service person was arrogant. Worst service ever.

No service here. Frount counter is shut. Staff wont help you. Use another Courier
