Wonderful staff they do a good job. A Security Guard will greet you at the front Door. Lunch time between 12 pm and 2pm is the worst time to go wow the line.

Today I received a call from the hornby work and income i spoke to a very helpful case manager named matt he inspired me to get back into work and go out and look for some forklift training.One of the best case managers I've ever had big thanks to matt !!

A very helpful young man by the name of Noah assisted me after I had had many attempts at completing a form online and then been disconnected. All staff including security were welcoming. As usual good service overall from Work and Income Hornby

Was turned down for loan to pay bond to get into pensioners unit, but have a bach that I will sell as soon as I have shifted, Was told to get a bridging loan from bank, so my family is paying it for me, an I will pay it back when my bach sells, Winz said my asset was too high, at least it will come back to my pocket when I leave, an not to theirs,
