And with all the numbers and prices he was throwing my way it would have been very helpful if he had written it down, as this would allow me to better understand what it was I was paying for - and how much I was going to end up paying. This would be great as it would allow me to make a decision based on my own judgment, rather than almost entirely having to trust the words of someone I've just met.

Don't W.O.F. here. I received an expensive estimate and the result for changing all 4 wheels of my car. But the elsewhere told that don't need to change all the wheels, and the quote was also much cheaper than here.

Great service and great prices.

I had an appointment booked for a wheel alignment 10h30 on December 17th 2022. Tried calling 4 times the morning before the appointment to confirm if still ok, but phone was just ringing. Eventually got through the fifth time 15min before my appointment just to hear that they can't help me anymore due to a staff issue. I understand that every business has challenges, but where is the courtesy to call booked clients and inform them? Not very happy with this and we are leaving on holiday tomorrow.

took car in for a wheel alignment, the guy doing it took the car for a test drive without consent, got it back with a blown front diff, they also did some inspection thing, also without permission, headlights didnt work the first time i tried to use them after the visit
