Thank you very very much Rylock, we had a small issue with our door after our builder installed it, the maintenance team were punctual , polite and hard working. They even tweaked another door for us....so THANK YOU very very very much for your fantastic after sales service and following this through to the end. No wonder your company wins prizes ....its an absolute pleasure and I will only ever recommend Rylock.

Had rylok east tamaki measure and suppy 1 ranch slider and a new back door when delivered builder attempted to fit the back door and descovered that it was 30mm to short and 30mm to narrow so after 4 hours and refitting the old door ben came out and told us they would supply false frames extentions so it covered the cedar weather board this never happened so 3 months later the builder fitted them and reclad the outside so a $1000 job for the builder turned into $2000 dollar job with cedar at $42+gst it ramped up quickly we gave up on emails and phone calls and just paid.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I have never utilised Rylock goods or services. I can only comment that the driver/s of their vehicles are rude, aggressive and drive dangerously while giving the finger to people they don't like and speeding (and I don't believe that finger was meant for me but someone else who, to be fair was driving a bit slow).I can also say that after being informed of this incident (while driving a Rylock branded vehicle), the staff at Rylock have chosen to take no action and make no apologies.

Have had horrible experience with Rylock. Poor customer service. And they made all sorts of excuses not to fix things they did terribly wrong. The worst workmanship I've ever seen. Big holes on the window top flashing causing leaks, sill trays don't cover the cladding, and etc.. they are absolutely hopeless. All the money and time wasted. I had to fix the mess they left myself. Will never go near Rylock ever again. I would rate them negative, but Google doesn't work that way.

Rylock Auckland came to do one window replacement for me in an older house, which then turned into me replacing my whole house with them I was so impressed with the product. I found them to be professional, helpful, informative and always willing to go the extra mile to help me out. The customer service team were always really friendly and helpful and gave me weekly updates of where my joinery was in their system. The house is so much warmer and our power bills are down!

Really impressed with the service from Rylock - everyone I've dealt with has out of their way to help me even though I've only had small requests each time. I'm not quite sure why all the below reviews are so negative, as I've used Rylock a few times on separate occasions and each time found them to be consistently great to deal with.
