I booked appointment for closing time to drop my Mercedes Van. they reject to inspect and told required new engine. also said to pick up as they dont have space. this is really frustrating. dont recommend.

Legends! I've been constantly ripped off by other garages (standard treatment of female car owners here) but these guys have sorted me out without the BS. They also fixed a noise issue that no one else had been able to figure out for THREE YEARS.Always super easy to bring the car in - no need to make an appointment like other places. Def my regular garage now!

I had a problem with clearing the brake message on my BMW which wouldn't go away after a brake change. Syd explained to me the issue and fixed the issue same day. I couldn't be more happy with the service and outcome. I definitely will come back with his knowledge of BMW's and excellent customer service.

I brought my Tiguan in for a major service and some warrantee issues. I was surprised how easy it was for them to deal with my mechanical insurer, it was seamless and all the jobs were completed in three days. I was very pleased with the service and cost and I would recommend Parnell Motors

Went in for a couple oil leaks on an E90 Bmw. Syd and the team are absolute legends. Professional and really competitively priced. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for an honest and professional workshop. Thanks Syd and the team, the BM has never run better. I will be back.

Team did a great job servicing the car, made good recommendations and had clear and fast communication! Couple stars docked as the final price was inflated by about a hundred dollars, though this was sorted out before payment

Fantastic service today from Syd to sort out my Citroen after a Warrant of Fitness fail. Couldn't have been more helpful and friendly and went out of his way to resolve the problem in a cost-effective way for me. Lovely to find the interior had been dusted and cleaned as well! Recommended.
