I'm a little bit disappointed with yesterday's glam pamper party.The fact the kids were told off by you not once but a few times just for all trying to be in line for makeup. Then the fact you told them you couldn't do 2 colours on their eyes due to not being a professional makeup lady was a little rude and coming across angry.I thought you did their hair up but you just sprayed it with $2 hair colours that felt awful in the girls hair. The fact you didn't bring a facial to do but had to get mine and then made the girls do there own. I'm just wondering what $42 a kid actually covered?When I looked at your reviews they looked to have lovely nice ladies doing it all in the photos and looked happy, I'm extremely gutted ours wasn't the same vibe for $400.00 odd.The only part the kids all enjoyed was the dress up box. Just really disappointed with our experience yesterday. Working with kids takes someone who is passionate about them. We clearly did not have a lady who was.After emailing the Owner, I was offered a redo or partial refund which I took the refund. The Manager dealt with my complaint amazing and very professional. We can't redo a 10th Birthday, but I am extremly thankful for the instant reply and an option offered.
