I would highly recommend this shop I went initially to another repair shop in Napier who told me I would need a new speaker and I would have to pay 75 dollar deposit for my phone after waiting 3 weeks for it too arrived and still hadn't I decided to go to MobileBitz to get a quote and the technician fixed my phone same day and for half the price....amazing....

They fixed my water damaged phone, Great Customer service and best price in town, 100% recommend this shop.Again their price are super awesome. My partner got her phone fixed from them & it was the best price. Super quick and friendly staff. Highly recommends.

Amazing service, got my screen fixed there about 2 weeks, super fast, they also gave me a screen protector for free, and also resolved an issue with my phone speaker after at no charge. Will definitely be coming to them for any issues with my phone. Highly recommend :)

After crashing over with my phone in my hand, and nightmare thoughts of losing all info and having to buy a new phone, I tried Mobile Bitz. Service with a smile.. He knew exactly what was going on with the phone, as all the programs were scrolling up the screen and I couldn't turn it off or log in. An hour and a half later all fixed!!! And for a reasonable price. I highly recommend them. Thanks so much!!!

Great spot for screen repairs! My LCD was cracked. (Purple, blotchy screen of death) the guy that served me was awesome, Best price in town hands down. Came back a little over an hour later and boom! Good as new!No fluffing around. No changing quotes. Nice clean service. Thanks guys!Highly recommended, do yourself a favor and go straight to them
