Andrea taught me about nutrition and what and when to eat. She educated me on what fuel my body needed to be at its optimal. I wanted to sleep better, feel energised and understand what foods are best for me so I could thrive. A bonus of these things was naturally loosing weight/fat. Andreas holistic approach is amazing. I have recommended her to many friends and clients and my mum is also about to start with her to reduce her from developing diabetes. She is excited to change and improve her eating and wellbeing.
