We bought a used 2008 Suzuki Vitara from Wadsco and 6 months after we bought it the engine died. We took it back to their service team and it was determined to be a fluke with that engine. They were really great about it, not only replacing the engine but also giving me a courtesy car to drive in the mean time. Bummer about the car but great customer service, and they came to the party to help fix the problem and stand behind their product.

Rang about parts and tried to order but was told they would call me back that was 4 weeks ago needless to say pretty disappointing service and pretty rude over the phone would Definitely not recommend

Absolutely incredible service and easiest process I’ve ever experienced.Thank you to everyone at Kia for helping our family purchase a vehicle. We had just moved to New Zealand and everyone at Kia helped our growing family purchase the perfect family vehicle. They expedited the delivery as it was difficult getting around with two babies and no vehicle.They answered all our questions promptly and were just super easy to deal with. We purchased a 2018 Ute completely blind. We live in Papamoa, Tauranga. The customer service from the 2 Chris' that work there was the best we have ever experienced. The Ute is exactly as described, we absolutely love it. They even ferried it across to Wellington free of charge. Their follow up service is exceptional. Although we live in the North, we will definitely be contacting them for our next purchase. Well done team Motoworld Bleheim.
