terrible customer service. called to get a quote and when they asked what i thought my car was worth i told them honestly (which was still an extremely modest offer as i'd just got a lot of expensive work done under the bonnet etc), to which the guy straight away just said no" and quickly ended the call. No counter offer or anything. Also incredibly difficult to understand on the phone which

Non serious and time waster company. They going to try always to take advantage of your situation (my particular case). Rude and confusing customer service. Reading the most of the reviews you can realize is mostly friends from them. As company they deserve no stars.

I would have given no stars but have to to write a review. Don't use these guys, they take advantage for their own gains. We sold our perfectly good campervan for an extremely low price to them as they said they would only be able to use it for parts. Felt pressured to sell it there and then as he turned up with a truck to take it away and didn't give us an opportunity to think on it.Found out they actually sold it on for 10times as much they gave us without doing anything to the van. Con artists and scumbags!

They have plenty of stock but really poor customer service. They seriously need to look in for new staff, really arrogant and mischievous to get one part, called them 4 times and still haven’t checked the part if its available. Every salesperson name is joe but all different people using fake names. Unsure if it’s a legit business or bunch of crack heads smoking too much during work hours. BE AWARE!!!

Do not trust these lot, i phoned in my car detail and they knew what i had and they said 500 cash if i drove it to them, i agreed and said i would call before leaving mine, i phoned them and confirmed the 500 price and he said yes. Once i got there he said top dollar they could pay was 400 for that model, this from the same guy i last spoke to 20 mins beforehand with my car details given again and confirmation of 500 price etc, they are full of it and not to be trusted. NO STARS!
