I have never written a review on google before but felt so disgusted with the phone interaction. Very upset with the customer service, appalling would be a better term of a word.Never in my life did I think at 32 I would be in need of a mobility scooter but here I am. Albeit I only need it for 6 months. Hence the purchase of a second hand scooter.I purchased a second hand AMW Discovery off trade me and wanted to enquire about battery life/maintenance/ servicing etc as i think the battery is poked and might need to buy another one.However I didn’t even get as far as asking the question, as the very rude chap who answered the phone told me he was too busy and gave me 20000 reasons why he couldn’t help me and told me to go “elsewhere” “as he gets hundreds of phone calls every day and that they can’t do anything with a second hand scooter” however the “elsewhere” gave me mobility warehouse number to contact. Im sorry that this isn’t common knowledge, even a point in the right direction would have been nice and I understand you’re busy (arnt we all) but being nice doesn’t cost anything. I was more than happy to spend money at the establishment but instead I left crying feeling like I was the biggest inconvenience of his day by making that phone call. I hope you never get a disability that requires you to use your service.

Dave rocks. Sorted me out with some new wheels. Took the time to understand my needs, explained how best to use and lift and even managed to fit the wheelchair into our slightly undersized car of choice today.Great device, great service. Most appreciated.
