Fantastic Squash Club! A variety of members to play with who are all friendly and willing to help you when you start out. The amount of young professionals playing squash is really large for most clubs around too! There's free squash club nights on Thursdays with coaching and organised matches, then friendly business house tournaments and more competitive intraclub and interclub competitions too - meaning you can play as much or as little as you like.

Used to have a mid-week membership for 15 years that let me play at 6.30am. The club changed the rules to say from 9am for mid-week memberships even though there's noone else there that time of day. Off to Club Kelburn for me I guess. They'll be happy to take my money.

Awesome Squash club! Has 4 courts that all play well, superb lighting (on court) and 2 of the courts have a front glass walls which I really like. Solid membership, all levels of players E2 grade through to A1. Friendly relaxed atmosphere, people are always up for a hit. Court booking system could be improved upon, apart from that a really fantastic club. Would definitely recommend coming to a club night on Thursday evening or Sunday afternoon. Memberships are also very reasonably priced.

One of the most social squash clubs in Welly. Courts were a little run down. But great to see new work being done with two courts having new glass front wall, as well as a new sauna.

Great club atmosphere and members. They run a lot of leagues that non members can play. The walls have seen better days though. They were doing fundraising to fix those. Hopefully happens soon.

A good facility close to the CBD. Four squash courts and three tennis courts mean that you can usually get a court booked :)This club has very good value corporate membership packages, so it is worth enquiring!

Thordon Tennis Club is one of the oldest tennis clubs in New Zealand.There are 4 squash and 5 tennis courts , 2 astro grass, 1 hard court and 2 real grass courts very old school :-)Freindly people and great place to enjoy tennis and squash.Thorndon Tennis plays all year round, with winter and summer club days.Wednesday 4-30 -6.00pmSaturday and Sunday 2-00 -5.00pm longer in the summer months.
