My first order from them (20kg dog food). Best price. Free delivery. Super speedy delivery to rural area 70kms from Christchurch (ordered Friday, delivered 7am Saturday). Will use again.

Twice now I have ordered a dog coat from them and both orders have been canceled without notification. The first time the order showed shipped and it wasn't till weeks later when I rang they said it had been sent from Australia then changed that to say it was out of stock but I still might get the product but they would credit it back to my account.This time I rang them before ordering to make sure it was available and the customer service lady said yes go ahead and order but after a few days seeing it hadn't been shipped yet I checked the order again only to find part of the order was refunded as the coats were out of stock.I am ashamed a NZ business has such appalling service and will cancel my account and never deal with them again.I would advise others to not deal with this unreliable firm in future.

I will not be buying from this shop again. Their website/IT system is a mess, and they do not communicate effectively. I purchased two $50 e-vouchers on 23 Jan to give as a birthday present, but they never emailed me the voucher. On 7 Feb, a week after the birthday has already passed, the customer service consultant emailed to say their IT should have sent me the voucher codes already (they havent!), she then gave me a code for a $100 voucher which isnt what I purchased. I purchased 2 separate $50 vouchers because their website says that all purchases must be done in one go and they wont give a change if you purchase below the value of the voucher! That is why I bought separate vouchers, to make sure the recipient wont waste any of the value! So as of 8 Feb, the vouchers still couldnt be used.

We had a problem with my order. Contacted them online and got it resolved within 2 days! Thank you very much for the quick resolution of my issue. It is a very rare service level on our current market. I would definitely recommend this shop to all my friends and colleagues.

Will not recommend this company.I received an email confirming my order has been processed and shipped. A week went by and I didn’t receive my order yet. I send them a email asking a tracking number to check the status of my delivery .They replied back that they just issued a refund because they don’t have any stock.After they send me an email stating they shipped my order. This is just unacceptable.

Watch out for them adding your order as an autoship. I ordered dog food as a one off, as I had done many times and the website defaulted me to an autoship. 2 weeks later they processed another order for 20KGs of dog food at $180 and had zero interest in cancelling it. Very average service I was not impressed especially as I have been a long time customer.

I love dealing with these people - they are so helpful and friendly. I used to have 2 labs so we went through a lot of products and now I have a much smaller dog I am spending less but the service remains excellent. Deliveries are pretty quick too.

Have made 3 orders with this company and on each occasion there have been let-downs. I only write this review now as this is the 3rd occasion (hoping that the first 2 orders were 'human' error). The website says order by 4pm and the order will be shipped the next day (or the day after that), yet the orders are not shipped. Instead, you have to make enquiries about your order. Today I received an order that was missing product to the value of $51. Having ordered only 2 x different products, I cannot see how or why. Clearly we have pets to feed so I will be taking my business elsewhere because this is the 3 occasion now where they have proven themselves to be quite unreliable in the delivery department.

the website update is a disaster. I cannot find anything and the searching function does nothing! I dont understand why the website was changed from a user friendly, cute design to a below average, no design, user unfriendly thing.

Autoshipping is a mess since the latest website update. Cannot add items and really slow to load. My order history also disappeared. Price is probably one of the lowest in the market though.
