Staff do their best to help,,sometimes ID is required,,can help with C.V's,,special benefits etc,,short waiting periods (sometimes ).

I booked an appointment at 8.30am for today, it's now 9am and I still havnt been seen. I booked the very first appointment available first thing in the morning and am still waiting to be seen. I don't understand how a business can book a time and then run so late after when they just opened up.
