Dropped of a Saw Table with a burnt out motor, which it transpired that he could not do anything with. Business is situated on a rural property on the Old West Coast Road controlled by electronic gates, and I therefore assumed he lived there. Was in the area on the Saturday morning and stopped off to collect Saw Table. Having been told he didn't live there I asked the property owner to ring the business owner and seek approval, they came back saying they had a key to the workshop, and opened the electronic gates. Unfortunately, we were unable to identify the motor parts, so only picked up the saw table body. First thing Monday morning I rang him to arrange pickup of the remaining parts, and was told he couldn't speak to me and he hung up the phone on me. During the afternoon I visited the premises and had the box of parts thrust at me as the business owner walked past. I asked what the aggression was about, and was told that I was the worst customer he had ever had. When asked how, I was told that I had forced my way in! He then became quite abusive Not a business I would ever recommend.

Another quality job done. Got me up and running again in quick time.
