Came with my family. Half the menu wasn't even on the order we made. The tastes of each dish felt like old seafood, would DEFINITELY recommend to stay away from. The chefs are all arrogant and greedy, putting as little as possible on your plate.

The bento boxes are the best lunch special aroundI left invercagill for Aussie for 7 years and didn't find another bento box quite so good. I've come back and they are still something to rave about

Came for lunch with my friends. The lady treats white people with great manner and smile, but stared at my friend and myself badly as we’re ASIAN. We will never come back again. Btw the owner is a Korean so the food is not Japanese taste at all. The seaweed wrapping for the sushi got damp I assume she brought the seaweed ages ago. :(

Been here many times over the last 8 years .I found it pretty good the serving size is the best I have ever come across ,I like the Bento box lots of fresh Salmon and nice tempera Veggies. The Miso Soup nicely made but Luke warm last visit .The Service has always been very good but during beginning relocation it was lacking but now it is excellent and food is very good .Shame no beer now .Location in knew mall would be a game changer for them.Highly recommend to anyone prices are best around for off the menu .

Came here to dine in with my daughter. I ordered a bento box which was a little disappointing as they didn't have all the seafood that it says on the menu. Also the tempura wasn't light and crispy, but dense and greasy. The prawns were rotten and when I told the lady she just smiled and said she would tell the kitchen and then charged me full price. Also the decor is awful, if you look up to the weird sheet that hangs from the ceiling you can see all the dead flies sitting on it. Would not recommend this place to anyone, for really nice sushi try Bento Invercargill.

Same thoughts with other posts here. The lady would smile at kiwis but smirks and rolls eyes with fellow asians. I ordered one time and forgot to put back the chair, she went out of the the counter, slammed and put back the chair. Considering I am a regular customer. Glad I'm not the only one who noticed. As if she's not asian herself! The guys at good fix are nice. The guys at good fix are nice and theyre also asians.
