Just prior to the 2020 July School break, our School Security system developed terminal communication issues which left our School unable to have a response to any Fire or Security event. Quinton and ISS moved swiftly to upgrade our system and get us back online within a day which I thought because of the size of our School, number of areas and number of users, was unbelievable. The tech team solved all the technical issues that developed, and there were many, during the upgrade which I appreciated having now understood the high technical skill base that ISS had deployed to our site.
