0 stars Dr Chan. 30 plus years with this practice and very disillusioned with Dr Chang as a replacement for my original Doctor who retired. No response to a complaint logged on their site 5 days ago. Only interested in repeat visits and scripts.

Glenfield Medical Centre has been looking after my 3 children and I for over 20 years now. Anna Catherwood is my doctor but depending on availability (and her own growing family :) ) we have seen most of the practice doctors & nurses at one stage or other. Anna is great and the nurses & reception ladies are lovely.

A big thumbs up for Dr Alan Chan. THE BEST doctor i have ever had. He is very good, friendly, attentive, very patient , and always ready to help. Highly recommended !

Don’t know why anyone would go here . Beware of this freak Alan Chan and his staff. They prescribe you the wrong medicine every time so that you keep falling sick and keep going to them. They are money grubbing freaks. I didn’t have medicine for the holiday period because the freak Alan chan didn’t send my prescription to the chemist. If you call them at the centre some rude old hag answers the phone. She seems like she has such a difficult job being a receptionist and answering phones. Really beware of this place. Your health will get sicker after going here.

Teresa Ting, they have such a great reputation that they have all the patients they can handle. To take on more than they could handle would be very stupid on their part. And a grumpy receptionist unfortunately is part of being working at reception for too long. Nothing to do with how good the doctors are that work there.Sounds like you need a chill pill!

Best ever medical practice. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Reception staff very happy and always helpful. Nurses are magnificent and my doctor lily Patridge should be given an award having to deal with me. Recommend this practice to anyone. Would give it 10 star if I could

Have been a patient here several years and very happy with the care. My usual GP is Denise and I always feel like she knows me so well and takes her time with me in appointments. When I went through treatment for cancer she regularly phoned to check in on me between visits, and even called to let me know in advance when she was taking leave to see if I needed anything. Online booking is great, as are the text reminders and now being able to check your test results online. Highly recommend.

I have been a patient at Glenfield medical since I can remember Dr Anna Catherwood is my GP and she is fantastic.. thet have been a couple of times where i have had to see someone else due to Anna being away and there were also amazing!! From the hard working positive and bubbly receptionists to the Nurses, and Docs... Thank you for all you have done for me :)

Reception team friendly and helpful. I transferred to this clinic today. Dr. Jane took time to get to get to know me and I left feeling confident and reassured rather than just a number (GPs do an incredible job of seeing so many patients in the course of a day). Thank you.
