I dropped in after reading some reviews from previous clients, wanting to find a local Barbour who's decent, Jim did not disappoint!It's definitely one of the best cuts I've had in chch. Super clean and tight cut, exactly what I requested. Jim's a real relatable guy who's friendly and welcoming, has a sweet shop, and is on competitive pricing.I'm definitely returning. From the moment you walk in the door you feel the old school vibe. The shop hosts an array of manly memorabilia strewn around the walls and boasts 3 classic barber chairs, a Koken, a Belmont and a 100 year old wooden beauty in the corner. Jim is down to earth and a great barber without the fancy price tag. Being a barber myself I would like to hope that my recommendation holds a little bit of weight.

If I could give this a 6 star rating I would. Such a good barber and very affordable given the kind of service that you get. I would travel across town for this kind of barber if I lived in chch. I’m only passing through but this is where I’ll come for my next chch hair cut.
