Just before closing time today (Sunday) I brought my rear wheel in to get it checked possibly in the morning, and the friendly guys put it on the truing jig straight away, gave all the spokes a check - - charged me nothing! I'm leaving for the Timber Trail tomorrow, so that's very much appreciated. I didn't get your name but thanks mate!

Friends and I hadn't been riding for many years, but decided to hit the tracks in Rotorua. We visited 99bikes thinking they'd have no bikes available, but they pulled out what appeared to be brand new bikes for us to use :) Amazing service and price was great as well. Will use again next time I'm wanting to hit the tracks

Top-notch service by the whole team at 99 Rotorua! Shania, Ben, Freddy and Matt were incredibly helpful, setting up my rental bike in a flash and giving me the inside scoop on the best trails.The shop is only a one minute ride from the bike trails, super easy to collect and drop-off the bike after a cracking day of riding. Thanks team!

Exceptional service, well worth the drive from Tauranga. The young lads working in the store were very helpful and welcoming, cheerful, knowledgeable and accommodating, they went above and beyond to ensure my daughter got the right bike for herself. She left the shop smiling from ear to ear and absouletely loves her bike she chose. Thank you!
