Have used Vivid on a few architectural projects of recent times.They have been great, from Jason through to Jordan and their whole team. They have been able to take on the architects and owners dealings from start to finish to get a great outcome. The team at Vivid are exceptional. From the moment they took my phone call they were prompt and had someone on site quickly to quote and assist. From this point they arranged a plan for the work required and executed this accordingly. During my renovation they delivered their service above and beyond. They were knowledgeable, went the extra mile, found effective solutions and were accomodating. A high level of communication, service, customer care and follow up. An incredibly talented and professional team.

We used vivid electrical for a large renovation . They were reliable and thorough . We had a handover twice of electricians which was a bit disconcerting but it worked out . They are good with follow up

This is the second time I've used Vivid Electrical. I was having a skylight fitted and we found some wiring needed to be moved. I rang hoping that they would come straight away so that the skylight installer didn't have to come back another day. And they didn't disappoint, the electrician arrived in half an hour. The skylight installer was really impressed.

Workmen arrived on time. They were efficient, respectful, polite, informative and cleaned up throughly afterwards. Communication prior to and after completing the job was excellent. I can't recommend this company highly enough.
