Went in to purchase a car seat. There were 2 staff members who just looked at me and went on with what they were doing. I had to ask if someone could please help me before I got any attention.I would not have purchased if I hadn't needed the seat right away.

Normally the staff are really helpful but today they were very weird just stared at us didn’t say hi when we walked in, clearly struggling to work the products and didn’t even get a do you need any help they just stared at us from across the room and we were the only ones in the store lol. Still brought as we figured it out ourselves but the vibe was so strange. Also just opened up the box and there’s someone’s invoice with there full name address phone number email….. not great

Has a great range of quality baby items. Sombre stuff is cheap other stuff a bit expensive. Is wheelchair accessible can pay with cash and card
