Sidetracks Women – Hiking / Cycling Tours in NZ

A most enjoyable A2O experience well planned with a lovely group of ladies. The guides were excellent, as was the whole trip. Great to travel with as a solo traveller.

I would like to say a big thanks to Sidetracks Women for giving me the most fantastic week biking around the Mountains in Queenstown. I wouldn't have done any of it by myself. But with the group of Ladies it was brilliant and I would highly recommend other Ladies going on these group tours.

A wonderful experience! I have done two trips with Sidetracks Woman and about to embark on my third trip. Participants come from various backgrounds; in my case – like for many other women – my partner doesn’t share my enthusiasm for walking, so I leave him home alone for a few days (:)) and enjoy this wonderful opportunity to walk, cycle and/or kayak in some of New Zealand’s beauty spots, with a group of like-minded women, in a safe – and very fun – environment. The food is great, too.I can recommend the Banks Peninsula Track as a truly beautiful location with accommodation which is fairly basic but also charming, much nicer than you might expect along a walking track.The Nelson Lakes/Abel Tasman trip offers beautiful scenery, very comfortable accommodation, and the chance to walk, cycle and be out on the water. For me the highlight was a fabulous day kayaking among wildlife and spectacular scenery.Highly recommend Sidetracks Women.

I have done two tours with Sidetracks Women - the Four Peaks Track and the Banks Peninsula Track. I thoroughly enjoyed both as they were parts of the country I'd always wanted to explore. The tours were well organised and the guiding was very professional. I enjoyed meeting a pleasant group of women and I came away feeling very happy with our achievements.

I cycled the Alps to Ocean with Angelica and Sidetracks: It was excellent, very well organised, great food and accommodation. For any woman on her own who lacks a group to do something like this with, I highly recommend her trips.

This cycling trip was everything and more I had hoped for. Great cycling companions. Amazing guides and the scenery in the places we cycled was mind blowing. Ka mau te wehi, awesome SideTracks Women.
