Top service from these guys. First, they were open at New Years when every other Auckland Hi Fi shop was closed. Staff were enthusiastic and listened to my requirements for a 2 channel amp to supplement my Yamaha AVR. Best of all, they had the NAD unit I was keen on in stock and with an $800 discount. Salesman Stephen King deserves a large pay rise. He even carried the amp to my car. Very happy all around with this company in my first time using them.

I went with an old device not working, they took the time to check what was wrong, found the problem with a cable and substituted for free. Thank you guys, great staff and best service!

Very happy with the guys at Paul Money! I had my Yamaha amp fixed under the price quoted for assessment of the problem. They looked for ways to keep the price down and found the cheapest option for this. Totally reliable and efficient. I highly recommend Paul Money hifi!

The service is exceptional.I ordered a centre speaker (for a great price) and speaker cables and was shocked when it all arrived the next day.They were also happy to take the time to talk through options for other projects without making me feel like they were in a hurry to get away, even when I was making a relatively low value purchase.If they stock the product, I'll definitely be buying from here.

Getting back into vinyl records I did some research and decided on an entry level audiophile turntable. Paul Money offered the best price on the Pro-Ject Primary. Emailed for availability and picked it up today.Ben is very knowledgeable and a little hiccup with the belt was easily fixed (at no extra cost). Will definitely go back to upgrade my HiFi equipment in the future once I have a decent size vinyl collection.Update: Went back today for a replacement belt for the turntable. Even after three months these guys replace it for free.Asked about a DAC converter -which was sorta out of budget thinking a proper one would not be less than 2k - but the guy who helped me didn't try to sell me up, but enquired about the use and I got away with one for less than $500. We go to talk and I was taken to the listening room. Played some good tracks,had a good yarn and was just great. These guys build on long term relationships with their customers. So I highly recommend Paul Money HiFi for your audiophile equipment, even if you're on a budget.

Very pleased with the shopping experience at this store!I was served by Ben, who was very patient with me answering all my questions.I am very happy with the package I purchased (Home Theater Pack 1)Which came with an AV Receiver and speaker package. Setup was easy and the unit fits perfectly in my entertainment center. A big upgrade over my Logitech Z906! much easier having my sound system controlled via HDMI and having it all turn on and off in sync.Thank you!

I was in the market for a new home theatre system. After visiting Tom I was throughly educated on the products. He took the time to make me understand my requirements as this was my first system. He didn’t oversell anything, and in fact, told me to buy the mid size system for my lounge when I was thinking about upgrading to the larger system. He told me that after seeing my room area, the midi system would work great. I ended up purchasing the Polk speakers and a Denon Denon AVC-X3800HAfter setting it all up, I was blown away with the performance of this system. Thank you Tom! You are my sound guy for life :-)

I recently decided to upgrade our AV system, first with a new AV processor and Power amplifier and second a new turntable. I visited the Paul Money showroom and had the pleasure of dealing with Ben and John. They were very helpful indeed and gave us a good deal also.
