Warkworth Primary School

As a student of mahu i have to say the kids this school produces should have to go through atleast some bullying, they are all so sensitive. 0.99/10

My son takes part in this school and has stated he likes it there and that the school has good standards and good teachers.

I am very disappointed with this school - or at least the administration of it. I wrote an email to the admin offering to donate to the school (free of charge) my 29 volume Funk & Wagnalls New Encyclopedia" which has hardly been used - but I didn't get so much as a thank you but no thanks. So if anyone is interested

My son was diagnosed with Autism, we got him enrolled and two days later we had a meeting with the school and both of my children started school the next day. My son worked with teacher aid (1 on 1) and I am for sure the funding is not yet ready but the school have plans ready for enrolled students with special needs. I always have the feeling that my son is in safe hands when he was in school coz the care for special need students is the best. Teacher aids are the best, my son works with Cecilia and settled in school so well. My daughter did not able to go to school coz of gum infection and I am a working mom, Donna who works at the school, extend a helping hand from school to take my daughter to the dentist...The staff are so nice and kind. Thank you Warkworth school team. I am proud of all you. Warkworth school is the best. We moved out from Warkworth and It is a bit of a shame that the school we are enrolling our son at, will let my son wait for weeks...

They have a bullying issue there and that goes way back and appears things haven’t changed with that. Also open learning doesn’t suit every child they appear slow to pick that up. Also asking about your child appears to be a hassle when you have a concern how far behind they are and when you email they don’t read they speak as if I’m forgetful! I remember and I listen. It’s very frustrating. I’m entitled to my opinion on the school. I will say it’s nice to see they were accommodating with other children in these reviews.
