Flick Pest Control were extremely easy to deal with. They responded to my query email very quickly and answered all my questions effectively.Ricky, the technician who came to our property, was very prompt and friendly and efficient.

Didn't get the chance to book this place. Rude person taking the call talked me around in circles. I didn't understand that when she was asking if they had access to the wall the nest was in (yes, there is the wall) she *meant* that they wanted a hole into the wall already made that I am not really strong enough to make, and my husband is not able to as I had already explained to her he is highly allergic to wasp and bee stings. I rung stressed and panicked about a situation that could easily send him to hospital to get help and advice, and she hung up on me.

John is always friendly and keeps us informed of activity around our kindergarten. Great service.
