Do not use this company! I had a healthy homes assessment done on my property and it was the most stressful and expensive waste of time, they don't bother seeking alternatives outside of go buy something, based on their advice I wasted money on a heatpump when all I needed to do was install some doors, I was told a detailed invoice would've been sufficient then once the work was done I had a completely different conversation with the same person and was told a whole list of other things eg site visit, floor plan etc which amounted to paying for a whole new assessment by someone else. There's nothing worse than being a responsible and decent landlord and being taken advantage of by companies like this all for $$
