Great staff. Feel sorry for them having to be frontline for such a criminal organisation as Progressive. Absolutely disgusting prices.Sick to death of the wholesale gouging and the rort the NZ supermarket duopoly gives us.No 2-3-5kg chicken portions, just disgusting processed rubbish at top dollar.The meat in countdowns is the absolute worst, beyond second rate, a good percentage would be unfit for human consumption.Two supermarkets in Otaki and this is absolutely a last resort.

Decent little spot. It was very compact, but it had all the bascis plus enough to keep you satisfied with a vast variety of products.The fruit, produce and meat all looked fresh and well kept; no browning to be seen which is always a positive.The staff were friendly and were able to quickly point me in the right direction being my first visit here.Overall a great little countdown to meet everyday needs
