Windscreen glass smashed the day before I left for holiday. Called Novus who who did a patch up job immediately and booked me in for a replacement the day after I got back from overseas. Super quick turnaround. Great service. Thanks Jamie and the team

I took my car to Novus to have a broken rear window replaced. This was repaired but another window was damaged. I received three different explanations about how this had happened, with Novus refusing to accept any responsibility. A very unpleasant experience.Later.....See response below. Novus had no reason to touch any of the other windows. .You will notice they do not address this issue. I rest my case.

I don't write many reviews, but I can't speak highly enough of these guys, so I'll do the next best thing and write a review.There was a mix up on the ordering of the rear window (my mistake, not theirs) and sourcing a new piece was going to be tough because of the make of vehicle. They made everything happen within a few minutes, even putting a temporary cover on until the glass was in. They got the glass in and were able to replace my rear window within a few hours, despite the mistake I had made. Thank you to Jamie (hopefully I spelled your name correctly) and the team, you guys are fantastic.

After having my wing mirror replaced about 6 months ago the mirror has been desilvering and can not be seen through anymore. Do not recommend at all as they do not do a quality job

Quick & easy. Professional job. Friendly staff. Would be a 5 star if they had remembered to give me the paperwork I required for the vehicle to get a warrant. Having said that, when I phoned them to email it to the garage it was done in 15mins

Had a great experience here when my quarter rear window got smashed.I brought my car to the workshop 5 mins before they closed and they put a plastic cover on the window so that my car was weather tight while I waited for the appointment to get the window replaced. They even vacuumed up the broken glass inside my car while they were at it!The window replacement a few days later was all OK.The lady at reception is lovely and kind.
