Excellent company to deal with. They moved fast, including a rural visit to measure the room and deliver several catalogues of vinyl samples. The vinyl laying was also done quickly and prices were reasonable. Many thanks!

A great experience from start to finish. As part of a kitchen renovation we were doing the kitchen floor so approached The Flooring Room based on other friends recommendations. Their staff were ,without exception, friendly and knowledgeable. We explained what our needs were for a product and they gave us excellent options. From there the measure-up and quote was done which was spot on for competitiveness and ,in the end, accuracy of product needed. Their layer worked in with our builder and did a great job on the day. The layer was punctual, friendly and happily answered any questions I had as he laid the product. Ultimately we are more than pleased with the end result. It brought the kitchen together perfectly. Our whole experience with The Flooring Room was nothing short of exceptional. Great service, friendly staff and a great result. We cannot recommend them highly enough and will be using them for all of our future flooring needs.

It was a long process for me choosing our flooring for our renovation. I was looking for a particular colour and with the help of brilliant customer service from Adric eventually got there. Adric was always helpful and patient wanting us to get it right. He also has a great sense of humour which was needed at times as we dealt with covid lock downs and supply chain shortages. I will use the flooring room again.

True professionals!! We worked with The Flooring Room on laying carpet in our new showroom and their service, profesionalism and expertise was second to none! They installed the carpet with minimum disruption to our business. Brad and the entire team have been super helpful and friendly throughout the entire process and happily worked with us to find the right option for our needs.We can't recommend them highly enough and we're very happy we decided to work with them :)

Over the moon with my new floors, was sure I'd done the wrong thing ripping out carpet in favour of Vinyl Plank floors, but when I saw them them I knew I'd made the right decision. My floors look stunning, are very warm, much quieter than I anticipated, and have made my home look much more modern and inviting. The choice of floor was a tough one, but lots of helpful advice from Adric on colour, product type and suitability for my lifestyle (and pets) made that choice easier too. Would highly recommend The Flooring Room Palmerston North for excellent service, superior product and competitive pricing. The job was quoted, ordered, delivered and installed in a few weeks, and I was kept informed every step of the way. The installers were professional, and there was no evidence that that they'd even been in the house, they left it so clean and tidy. Wouldn't shop anywhere else for flooring, but probably won't need to either as this looks like it will outlast me :-)

Excellent service from the Flooring Room right across the experience. Carly gave us a competitive quote and lots of good advice. Carpet was ordered quickly and arrived even quicker. The guys who laid the carpet were all absolutely brilliant, Barry in particular. The long and the short of it is that within 7 days of Carly giving us the quote our new carpet was installed and we are very very happy with everything. We couldn't ask for more. Thanks Flooring Room from Pete and Andrea!!
