The team are okay. But I have had nothing but issues, I bought a haval h2 lux and I have more issues with it in 2 years than my previous car which as 2004 ford Mondeo which I had for 8 years .With the haval I have had all the engine lights come on, I have had protective guards fly off while driving, I have had battery issues, I have had key faults. They also argue with you saying you can’t claim under warranty which is a joke. Definitely won’t be buying again.

Avoid them if you can and find a courteous dealer. If you paid a deposit to book a car and then end up in a financial crunch, they will not refund, even if they get another buyer. I know the agreement says that they don't need to refund but there are other dealers who would kindly refund it out of courtesy and your situation.

These guys are AMAZING! They made me feel valued as a customer, and buying my first EV an amazing experience.
