Shout out to Cameron at CL for providing excellent customer support. He was quite knowledgeable about custom keyboards, monitors, the set ups that were on display and just about everything tech related. Thanks to him I got myself a nice custom keyboard and a sick set up for the new house.

Been dealing with Computer Lounge for a few months now. I've found the experience shopping and dealing with this company an absolute breeze. Customer service is a more personal experience rather than just being a number. That is an extremely important thing to me when choosing where I will potentially spend a lot of money. Their shipping times and dispatch have also been excellent. Would definitely recommend Computer Lounge to anyone

First and maybe last time I order from Computer Lounge. 6 days my order waited in dispatch, before I went in and collected it in person. Called numerous times, 8 times no one picked up. Given 2 different weak excuses why my order wasn't sent by courier. Your store is very smart and well presented. But your guys in dispatch need to lift their game. Your competition is doing much better delivering orders.

The website is really easy to use and I managed to get most of the parts I needed for my new gaming pc added to my cart quickly and without any issues. I paid extra for the armour plating and all of the products arrived safe and extremely well packaged. Delivery was super fast too, I ordered in the afternoon, and it arrived within 24 hours. Couldn't be happier with the service and my new pc

Customer service was not personable, it’s so easy to be professional and polite, the lady seemed to not want to help.However, their product was fantastic, delivered very fast and packaged brilliantly.The unboxing process is just as great as the product quality.Only four stars because I’d prefer my personable service.

Had a great experience with their customer service regarding a fault on my PC that I purchased from them. They identified an issue with the SSD and replaced it within a day of dropping it off. I must mention that the fix was under warranty and they were pretty clear with that so thanks for the quick turnaround on the fix and nice customer service!

It’s worth paying a few extra bucks purchasing from well known retailers to avoid the hassle of dealing with this stores customer service. Rude staff that made me wait 45 mins to pick up a replacement monitor that was already arranged through emails and phone calls. Was only a matter of pick up.
