I have an older house and the builder needed a plumber quickly to empty and remove the water cylinder. Reinstallation when the builder was ready. He was amazed at the response and found working with McLellans great. This enabled the builder to do the job efficiently. I use McLellans because they know the house and the work gets completed well.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This lot dont care about the appalling quality of work they do, they dont give a toss about how the client may be feeling, they wont respond to emails, they send out workers that should be supervised. We had a simple job to do and they had to return 5 times and still left me with hours of work to tidy up after them. Never again, dont use them they just dont care!!

Had fire serviced but it still won't operate in a safely. Made them aware but they never returned. Staff are rude and dismissive. Asked for a quote to replace to desil fire for another soltion no one ever got back to me.
