Honest review. I went to Top Notch Massey but did not find it helpful. I am an Orthopaedic Reg. Nurse. So I know a thing or two about bones/muscles. His assessment I find it useless or amateur. Then I ignored it as I thought the physical treatment will be good. But he just did a useless very light wiggle on my back for 10mins then he said its done. Lol its very funny. He seems very amateur but I dont want him to be embarrassed. He's kind tho. But not worth to travel 30mins. plus payment.Top Notch Rumuera was amazing. Had couple sessions their and fixed my back pain. Its a shame they permanently closed now.P.SI am just using my gf acct. as I don't have a gmail acct.

I had Chanelle in Massey, and she was amazing! Such a great experience and she made me feel so relaxed. Walked out feeling amazing. Would definitely go back.

My osteopath was very thorough with her assessment of my condition and asked relevant questions. Her treatment was professional and I was given aftercare exercises to help with my recovery. I would highly recommend her as an osteopath at Topnotch.

Booked a pregnancy massage session with Chanelle and it was soooo good. Hands down the best massage I’ve had! It was very relaxing. I felt lighter. Had a very good sleep after that amazing first session. Have booked my next one too! Thank you so much, Chanelle!

To cut a long story short, after getting told by a, a and e doctor to have quarterzone injections for my injured shoulder for on going pain relief, I went to TOP NOTCH BODYWORKS and in which they are sorted my shoulder and back out in no time. Highly recommend and have also referred family and friends on how good they are service wise, super friendly and very knowledgeable. Thank you again Top Notch Massey.

Absolutely the worst. Their top specialist sent me away in complete agony after refusing to treat me and being completely unable to answer any of my questions. I was devastated and left the office crying. At least they didn't charge me for that... or maybe I should have charged them for getting my hopes up and then wasting my time?I am currently treating myself and doing much better so I guess that was money well saved.On top of that, the receptionists ignore clients. They don't even greet you or check you in. They chatter to each other and then walk by you to their desk and then ignore you while they do their work.Why isn't there a negative star option on Google?This is one place that genuinely warrants it.In response to reply:No. I absolutely did not feel listened to or heard and you gave me nowhere else to look from there. Also your receptionists are very neglectful so that whole experience was traumatizing for me at a time I really needed help. You stink.And based on what has happened to me since then, you were also completely wrong. Probably because you weren't listening so I have no respect for your opinion and would never seek advice from you again.

I have been seeing Tim at Top Notch for massage therapy. He has drastically improves my recovery time from sports injuries and exercise, and also helped with post covid muscle aches.Tim is a phenomenal massage therapist, is very knowledgeable and experienced. During the massage, he always uses the right amount of pressure. He always ensures that I am comfortable, and feel comfortable throughout the session.I will be continuing to see Tim. If you are on the fence about getting a massage, go and see Tim, your only regret will be not going sooner.Anj, you run a fantastic business and are very lucky to have such amazing staff!!

What can i say, Chanelle Wanoa, is a magic worker. I have spent 6 months working with a physio therapist working on my shoulder with no success. Chanelle was able to fix my issue in one session" i have been a returning customer for last 6 months

Top Notch Massey has been a huge part in helping me to achieve my sporting goals and come highly recommended! I have been using their services regularly for almost two years. They have a holistic approach and have assisted me with multiple sporting injuries and health matters. When I first visited Anj I had a number of injuries and could not run and also had some other underlying health issues effecting my sleep. Through regular visits and our invaluable chats I mastered the three sports of triathlon and started with some Olympic tris in 2022 and then went onto take part in the Ironman Taupo 70.3 in December 2022, the Mount Half in January 2023 and have just done the full Ironman in Taupo March 2023.
