Phone for some pre-booking advice re: travelling to the USA - whoever answered the phone was rude -- I had the phone on speakerphone and my colleagues were dismayed - would only provide information if I was booking the travel at the moment. Will never use this travel agency.

Being an Aus/NZ couple means we have family in both countries and that this is a difficult time to be away from them. In recent family emergencies, and at all other times, Andy has been no end of help in our trans Tasman trips. Andy has, cheefully and consistently, ensured that we are up to date with flights, flight changes and rules and regulations. I don't think we could travel without his help and expertise. Andy has been superb in organising my travelarrangements during this very difficult time with the Level 4 COVID lockdown. I can highly recommend his services and will be using himin the future.
