Superb! Paid (for us) top $ & got good value for money. Staff polite, cleaners polite, pleasant, quick & efficient. Rooms spacious & clean. A few minor downsides, layout of 1 bedroom odd, cant open door fully & have to squeeze past a bed to enter/exit room. Hear the pump (what it sounded like) from the pool nearby. However, both bed rooms comfortable. Beds in v good condition. Fully functional kitchen.

This place is tired. Room has seen better years and wasn't clean, missing light bulbs, starting to fall apart. Shower was great, location is great, view was great. Overall....not worth$150 per night

One of the best accommodations at most affordable rate in New Plymouth. Nice cosy and warm rooms with neat kitchen, best service and prime location in New Plymouth. Also free pool and spa facilities for guests. Above all very nice restaurant for western food lovers. Very good parking facilities. If you visit New Plymouth, you must stay at Auto Lodge Motor Inn.

Close to town this Motel is great fir families snd wonderfully priced. Even though cleanliness was not spotless, the pool was beautiful and warm. They are only too happy to help if you need advice or extras for your room. We enjoy staying here in the quiet. Comfy beds and yummy coffee..

Great value, good size room with 1 queen and 1 single bed, kitchen had fridge, microwave, stove top elements, toaster etc complimentary milk, tea and coffee. Shower over bath. Big plus we were able to have our small dog with us.

Bathroom shower is impossible to adjust to the right temperature for a quick shower due to the very low pressure I think, only for a night stay I didn't want to complain. Room is lovely and clean.

Good price, nice room with just about everything you would need. Only downer -no air conditioning and we were here when it was very humid. Thank goodness there was a fan.Staff friendly. Rooms pretty sound proof .

I was by far impressed staying here for a week. Staff were great and very friendly. The food from the restaurant was absolutely delicious and some of the best I've had from hotel stays in my time. Highly recommend and will return in future.Yes like room although not having a view was still happy very spacious

Very good value for money!! The rooms are huge with all the basic kitchen amenities including a little cooktop. Most places have a balcony/ outdoor area and there’s plenty of car parks.
