The staff at this store are amazing. They go out of their way to find the best deal for you and the best resolution for any issues your pet might have. I have never felt hurried or unheard there. Definitely in the top 3 for the best customer service I have had for years in NZ.

Interesting place. Service was good however we saw that there was a sale on Nexgard online. Well there was no stock available at the Palmerston North store showing online. However in the store there was heaps but not on sale. What kind of second rate sale is this? Not really good enough. 2 stars for the service.

The staff are so nice to my dogs they make it a happy place to be after a vets visit. The lady at the counter with the liver treats is my dogs most favorite. Excellent follow up from surgery and helping our older dog with pain management. It's nice to be able to take them into the store and have a fuss made of them.
