I am very disappointed with their behaviour with customers. They try to rip off the customer they charge me for 10 kg item and give me 5 kg. When i told them about this mistake then they said you have to pay extra money to get another 5 kg bag.They are arguing with customer.

Indian products reasonably priced, watch out for some items highly priced overall good one and reliable one stop shop for Indian products

I should have read the reviews before ordering from this merchant. I placed an online order but received no acknowledgement or confirmation.I followed up 3 days later (having heard nothing), by submitting a query through their website. No response.I then sent an email to the address published on website. The email was undeliverable due to their email inbox being full (I suspect with previous complaints).Next, I telephoned. The person who answered call was unable to help or provide information on the order. The person who deals with online orders was unavailable. There was no call back.Two days later I telephoned again. The person who answered the call was unable to help or provide information on order. Person who deals with online orders was again unavailable. No call back.After a third phone call and a message left for the person who deals with online orders" the goods turned up the following day. Sadly

I love going here when I'm over in wellington always have somthing I need and the lady in the shop is very helpful. I Make Currys on a regular basis so I find this place economical for all my spices ect..

The shop owner is ultimate fraud. He don't have any business Ethics. Even the Store keepers agree he is cheating online customers when i asked about my order refund. Few items will not be in stock and the shop owner Satheesh/Sunny will not refund nor he responds to calls/SMS. He have to refund me approx 14$.If he wants delivery charges he can mention the delivery charges and get that instead of cheating like this. Never ever do any online purchase in House of Spices.

Worst experience ever!! (Zero Star)Hopeless customer service.1. Delay in delivering order.(After 2 days)2. Items were missing once the order was delivered3. Refund was not processed for all items".4. Refund received for few items after multiple follow ups. (After 3 days)5. Owner of the shop doesn't have simple basic sense of how to speak to a customer.6. Very Rude and unacceptable behavior when tried following up for refund."

Luckily the parcel arrived 2 weeks later so I am happy, but I think the shop owner should have better communication skills and email the client if there is a delay. Thanks.

I have been trying for weeks to get a reply from this company, I have tried all sorts of ways, even left messages, and still no reply. They sent my order with over $20 worth of goods missing. I haven't heard whether they are still coming or not. I would have spent more money with them online over time, but not now.
