Great customer service

I would not waste my time or money using this business again. I went for a service and they charged me top dollar of 300, said I had to come back so they could tell me where small oil leak was (already knew it was head gasket), think they spent most of their time water blasting the exterior of my already clean car. And yeah the receptionist was rude taking an hour and a half to do paper work almost laughing at me when ever I asked if she done because I had to get back to work, not that surprised with her attitude after I meet her arrogant boss. Having had more interactions with them through my work I have to just laugh at the place (which is why the second star). So yeah they look like a slick operation but fail continuously on the basics of being a friendly honest mechanic.

Great service without a booking even. They fitted my ranger in and I was very happy with the service I recieved.

We would just like to say thank you so much to hammond motors.They went above and beyond any expectations.We were currently on holiday when our car lost power and we had 2 days before we were due to go home.We were recommended my mazda to go to Hammond motors in Kaitai so rang and was told there was a 2 week wait .To my delight Irene rang back and asked to send through the scan fault we had received. Grant would have a look but no promises.We left our car with them they gave us a courtesy vehicle to use for as long as needed so we could still continue our holiday.The next day they had a part ordered and all fixedWe cant thank Irene and Grant and the team enough for everything they did for us we highly recommened the to anyone so nice and friendly great company and customer serviceSarah and Struan

Great experience,I had a problem with my car (an old honda),They were too busy to take care of this old lady but they redirected me to a specialist who was available, and were pleasing all the way.

Just spoke to receptionist. Rude. disgusting behaviour, did not let me finish my sentence of what i wanted or when i wanted to book in. Would highly recommend everyone stay clear of this mechanics shop if this is how they treat customers.

Purchased a Jimny from Grant and the team. My partner and I could not have been happier with the wonderful personal advice and professional service provided, incredibly efficient and just nice people to deal with.

We stopped here because of a weird noise that was worrying us. The receptionist has been really nice and the boss came by himself to check at our car. Very professional and friendly ! We do recommend.
