Devina and Firman did an exceptional job cleaning my place. I got a deep clean before putting my home on the market. When they were done it was the cleanest the house had ever been. They were really professional and organised and did a fantastic job. I will definitely use their services again.

I was amazed and very pleased at how quickly Jim's Cleaning Sandringham responded to my request for a deep clean. It was urgent and they were at our property within an hour of the call to do an assessment. They fitted us in almost immediately, despite being very busy. They were on time and had all the equipment needed to deep clean our apartment to a very high standard. I would unreservedly recommend them to anyone who wants to deal with very professional people who know what they are doing. Thank you! Denise

Seemed lovely at first, but did not fulfill the conditions of the quote - refused to vacuum under the baby’s cot, vacuum his rugs (they vacuumed around his toys, instead of picking them up) didn’t clean under the dining table or under the couch, despite this being included in the quote. When I gave them a second chance to make good - they claimed these were ‘inaccessible areas’ (!) and not covered by their quote (it’s not mentioned anywhere) and refused to rectify going forward when I asked.They also claimed they’d spend 2h on the job minimum, but left the job unfinished after 1h30.So we had to cancel after one clean and look for other options.

Devina and Firman completed a move out clean for my family in Feb 2021. They were very thorough and were available when I required their services. They had fantastic communication and the house looked amazing when they were finished. I would highly recommend them.
