Very disappointed to have been chasing getting a quote for a week, having sent several emails back and forth and phone calls asking for updates on when we can expect a quote back. Chased yet again this morning, and then told that the person needed was then going to be away on leave for a week and that I couldn't get a quote (not even needing an in-person inspection) for another week. I understand everyone is under the pump at the moment, but I would have really appreciated being told that it wasn't realistic to get a quote prepared for over 2 weeks so I could sort elsewhere, or adjust my expectations.Hi Ido, I find it a little strange you can promptly reply to my review, but have taken several days to reply to my emails? My initial email was to ask for a repair or ideally replace, to which you said you cannot repair. I said no problem. You have not provided a single quote to date, so your comment around having revised a quote twice, is not valid? You replied asking if the measurement I provided was for one panel and I replied with, yes. This was on Friday before you were apparently on leave on Monday? You are however correct that you didn't provide timeframes - I did ask for one several times, so again, I can set expectations. Rene said she was chasing timeframes and would come back to me, but didn't. Very strange you can reply to this review in minutes but take days to reply to emails or over a week to prepare one quote. Happy to provide screenshots of the correspondence to back up my review.

Perfect service from first requesting a call out to discussion of gate fault(s) to serviceman arriving on day and time booked in for to repairing faults.Quite surprised and pleased with what was charged.I highly pleasurable experience. I highly recommend The Gate Doctor

The Gate Doctor will be my go to person for gate servicing and repair going forward. I had purchased the gate from another supplier but when a MV accident caused damage and it needed to be repaired I waited over a month for the supplier to call back - which they have never done.So my insurer gave me The Gate Doctor's contact - within 24 hours they had inspected the damage, within another day or say quote was with the insurer and in super fast time the repair made. Totally delighted with the service and the final product.

Can't speak highly enough about the excellent service. They came immediately when I explained my gate problem and it was not a straight forward fix. I will definitely use them again & highly recommend them to others. Thanks again Gate Dr.
