Supplement Store Auckland - Payless Supplements NZ

Hopeless! Been waiting too long for my delivery its been 5days not including the weekend and still havent heard or seen anything in relation to my purchase, Cant get hold of them as they have a cellphone number that goes directly to a voicemail of which i have left two messages with no reply, It stated on the website that the delivery time would be 36-48 Hours which is load of B.S...... Not to mention in store isnt all that either hardly in stock of products they advertise online waste of gas,time and money Would highly not recommend using payless, go to Supplements.co.nz they are waaaaaay better!

Ordered online. Was sent the wrong flavour item. Was a mission trying to get a hold of someone there (you have to ring some guy on a cellphone?). Finally got a call back from someone who didn't know how to return the product to them, but instead said he would see if he could find the correct flavour and get back to me. Never heard back from them again. Do not buy as they have absolutely no returns process if you are sent the wrong item. They STILL have that flavour listed online too (when they clearly don't have it)

Inflated in-store prices. I was charged $145 for 2 items which, if purchased online would have cost $116.84.
