Seriously this is the worst place I have EVER stayed. How this place is 3 stars is beyond me I think Afghanistan would have better rooms. (No joke)To start we arrived late so they just left it all unlocked with the keys in the room.. dead bugs everywhere, mold and dirt stains all over walls and food stains still on the microwave. Dishes were dirty with food stains still on plate.. The carpets are black the room stinks..Too top everything off there's a door that goes into the next persons room which isn't bolted, you can literally walk in there room. Walls are paper thin and have heard them bonking like I was next to them.. disgusting.We we're meant to be staying for 3 nights but are cutting our losses and staying somewhere else.please please do not waste your money I beg you it's a ####hole please if you love your family don't bring them here.

Nice motel. Rooms are dated & carpet needs replacing. Minor cleanliness issues such as a hair on shower wall, although rest of shower was spotless & some food splatter on wall, but linens & bedding all clean, comfy bed. Sky TV & heat pump were nice bonuses. Friendly staff, loved the motel cat Gemma.

The young man at the front counter was extreamly helpfull. Very polite. Not sure if he is the manager, if not he should be. The room was spotless & the bed very comfortable. Medium to large room with toilet / shower. Kitchen was equipped with the essentials. If your looking for a place to stay i highly recommend the Kingswood Manor hotel

Stayed overnight, flooding/roads closed, 5mins off main highway(forced stopover)nice and clean, big bathroom, kitchen, great apartment, cost $90 per person

It’s a good motel I’ve been here twice to stay for work if your expecting the wow factor then this place probably isn’t for you the young dude up at reception is awesome always very helpful and mindful guys always working around the property got to give him some praise I like staying here beds comfortable they have rooms with cooking facilities TV wifi what more can you ask for keep up the good work to the bro at reception

I will try to make this short - in my 20 years of international travel this is leaps and bounds the most disgusting place I have every stayed in the world. Mold, terrible odors, bugs, interesting" white stains on the couch

The room was okay but no remote for the TV and yes I could have mentioned it but I had other important hospital stuff to deal with. Room was musty smelling but everything you needed was available in the kitchen.
