Took my mothers dog here as she is currently too sick to go in herself, all went fine until it came time to pay and they demanded I pay my mothers overdue bill (which she pays weekly) or fill out a debt collection form thingy(idk) when I refused and told them the dog was my mothers and not mine they told me I had to return the medication I had just got for the dog, the medicine I was ready to pay for, absolutely disgusting and the woman who said that to me should absolutely not be working in an industry that requires compassion towards people/animals.

Excellent service. Waited for us to arrive after hours. Very compassionate when they had to unfortunately euthanase our little dog. Could do with air conditioning in their rooms though
