I have issues that the 'City Council' reception staff stated they could not help me with (yet pertains to a 'City Council By-Law'). I was advised to phone PN CAB. Phil was so very helpful and said that he believed the City Council should be able to help. He phoned the 'City Council' himself; he sadly did not get much more help than I did, but was able to cite the law pertaining to the problem. He gave so much support and other advice. I am extremely grateful indeed. He went over and beyond for me. Thankyou Phil so very much! The CAB are so knowledgeable what would we do without them!
