Customer service is always great but as a delivery driver we expect that the order being marked ready to pick up means exactly that. Every time we have delt with Nelson food starts being made 5 mins after it's supposed to be delivered by . Improvements need to be made

Never have I ever had a McDonald's employee tell me how great KFC is when I'm ordering through the drivethrough, then debate with me after I had said KFC wasn't as great as he was saying. But as he told me he used to work at KFC, he must be an expert. Anyway, I regret not having gone to KFC because I woke up after having had McDonald's and promptly threw up my quarter pounder and cheeseburger into our insinkerator.Never have I ever gotten food poisoning from a fast food joint. I can confidently eat raw bacon and other sketchy foods with no problem. Perhaps the KFC advocating maccas employee didn't like that I had said McDonald's was superior and he gave me a patty from the floor or something but I actually haven't been keen to return since this. I fear that I might have caught PTSD.

Extremely poor quality. Cold chicken/soggy chips. And this branch purposely dosen't give out receipts(you have to ask). They refuse too refund/replace if they're food isn't up to standard. Disgusting. Make sure to get your receipt always!

10 pm on a Thursday Night. Ordered a Mc Chicken Combo. Get home and open my burger and its just 2 buns and mayonnaise. No Chicken, No lettuce.Iv ordered some shocking burgers in my time, but never ever one that is missing the meat. Absolutely shameful that you hire people this bad.

I came in to get dinner after work normally get my usual double qtrpounder combo and all i recieve is a standard single Qtrpounder with next to no mcchicken sauce on it either absolutely disgusting

Wow. You can order burgers for breakfast in New Zealand? Amazing. Clean location. Breakfast was fresh. Coffee was tasty. I didn't like having to use self check out machines to place your order. What happened with face to face orders? Very impersonal.
