Christchurch Cleaning Service

We used CHCH Cleaning Service for our regular and deep office cleans. Their cleaning was nowhere near up to standard - marks left all over the bathroom door and lightswitch, did not lift kitchen appliances to clean underneath (not even for a deep clean), never cleaned the microwave, etc...there's a dead spider still on our bench after 6+ months (we left it there as a test for improvement). We communicated our disappointment multiple times with no improvement. Furthermore, when we attempt to communicate, we often do not get a response. Would not recommend.

Disappointing customer service and they only ever did the bare minimum. When I raised my concerns with them I never heard back. Each time I followed up they would say someone will be in touch but I would never hear from anyone. The bare minimum standard stayed the same regardless of my requests to clean basic areas properly such as the bathroom sink and door handles. They had multiple opportunities to work things out with us but never made any attempt to improve of discuss things.

Good & Fast service, very reasonable. I recommend it. Satisfied with service.

Dan is a thoroughly trustworthy guy, with a great, varied cleaning business for all events. As someone who's on the flat move a lot, I'd definitely be using the end of tenancy review.

The cleaning was not to a high standard, and rooms were missed. For $55/hour per person I was expecting a quality clean, which is not what I got.

Worst company to deal with. Useless service. Don’t care about time.you can waste your time and energy in them. And top of that if you pay them, anyone in Christchurch can get your bill. They have no idea what is privacy. Guys if this is last company in Christchurch don’t even think to try them.
