Dodgy service.Ask for your recipt and check that your specials have been applied and items not scanned/charged more than once.Also if you ask for a certain number of brown bags watch they are not half filling them and then scanning/charging you for more even though you asked for an exact number of them.

Click and collect what ever they feel like giving...!!!Not happy at all.Wrong products,missing items and after I rang we lost signal and they never bothered to call me back.Cherrs Cody ? Ohh I forgot to.add the DATED PRODUCTS..!! THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST SUPERMARKET IN THE NORTH ISLAND,but what make this stand out..!! The responce fron owner..omg ppl read them,clearly they dont enjoy what the do,and even more clear is the lack of pride they have in their grubby store

The staff are fantastic through all our difficulties they keep smiling, dress up for us Haloween costumes last year magnificent. They do a great job.

Shop here for specials only because there is a tendency for a lack of checkout staff so customers have to wait.Nearly a year down the track and no change.Another year and no changes unfortunately.
