More of a gaming arcade than kids playground. The games really distract kids from the physical playground, which is disappointing given the price of entry (over $30 for two kids).The owners of this place seem to be leaning heavily on kids pressuring parents to pay extra for the extensive set of arcade video games and rides.The food options are okay, but there are only a couple of healthy options and there are few options to customise simple things such as pizzas without cheese, despite strict rules and signs everywhere saying no outside food and they’ll accommodate for any food allergies.This location pales in comparison to chipmunks I’ve been to elsewhere

A bit pricey for the bigger whānau, just bare in mind there is a charge for 1year olds and up.Great for toddlers, took my mokopuna there she absolutely love it, screamed the whare down when we had to leave.

Tried aCalling at 12:24pm on 05/06/23The lady didn't even give me a chance to speak and she hung up numbers of times now for some reason my call doesn't call through. I was ringing up to inquire about birthday party pack and all she could say was look online I can't tell much over the phone... all I wanted to know was what ages etc... so rude

A good place for active kids. They rent out rooms for kid's parties where you can decide a theme as well. You can get packages for the rooms as per your needs. Food for adults is also okay.

33 dollars for a 3 qnd 7 year old, because the place is full of coin machines, that is all they kept wanting. I would of been better to go to timezone. It distracts from the fun of a playground, so kids spend time asking for things adults say no to, than actually having fun. Look elsewhere.. not quite up to spec

Great indoor playground for the kids! There was only two staff, one in kitchen and one on the counter.Need more staff to monitor the play area, and wipe tables after use.

It's our first time to visit today. We are from Hawke's Bay. Firstly, it is easy to navigate from where we are staying. Car park is not too bad. We were able to find one straight away. We are greeted by a very courteous lady in the front desk and paid for our little one. My partner and I are free. My daughter enjoyed every minute of it so we are very happy! The area is also clean. There is a cafe which comes in handy if you're little one becomes thirsty. Overall experience is superb! We will definitely come back! We do hope that someday there is something like this in our area.

Equipments are a bit old and boring, a bit overpriced, too many game machines, plus too cold due to no heating system at all
