Don't deal with Adam if you can avoid it. Absolutely terrible attitude. He installed the heat pump where I'm now living, and through a fault of his, it needed repairing last week. His first visit was OK, he checked out the issue and ordered the part. Then he came back just under a week later, and forgot a bolt to install new part, so had to leave and come back in the afternoon. When he arrived that afternoon he was here about 10 minutes before it started raining. Well I have never seen an adult pack such a tantrum before. It was atrocious to witness. He then blamed the house owner (also farm owner), saying it was his fault everything got wet, because the drains were blocked. He rung our boss an absolutely chewed him out about it, and said he would not return until the drains were cleared. On the final day he returned to finish repair, he shifted some stuff around in my laundry to access under the house. He pushed my laundry sink over a bit (perhaps he hadn't realised), so when I went to do a load of washing a couple of days later, my entire laundry flooded as the drain pipe had come away from fitting right below the sink drain. When I called him to let him know what had happened, and suggest he be more mindful of what he was doing and maybe pick his attitude a wee bit, he started behaving like a child once again and hung up on me. I am absolutely disgusted by his service and behaviour, and hope I never have to encounter this guy again. Would not recommend to anyone, even people I don't like!

Adam came and installed a large number of power points for me in our villa. Adam and his assistant got the work done quickly and cleaned up after themselves. I see the below review and I think I should mention that it was raining and they got under the house and never complained once. Adam asked me how high I wanted the power points, orientation, location. Adam is going to come back once we complete our bathroom renovations to install the rest.
